How can we cooperate?
Sampling
We provide sampling service for those clients ready to order production quantities upon approval of the samples. We can develop clients’ styles and can work from original samples, drawings, or specifications. We will need as much of the following information as possible:
Sample size
Fabric criteria(content,weight, etc.)
Desired colors
Size range
Washing type or effect by providing an original sample or a picture
Label type, placement, and supplier if available
Packaging requirements
Estimated initial order quantity
From this information we will provide the client with a pre-cost estimate. These estimates take 3-10 business days to prepare, as we evaluate fabric utilization, engineering details, and findings costs. There is no charge for this quotation service.
Once your pre-cost estimate is accepted we will, at client’s direction, make fit/construction samples (first samples).We will produce 2 pieces of first samples, one for our internal testing and reference and one to be sent to the client for evaluation. These samples will be constructed from "like" fabric similar to what the client intend to use for production.
First samples normally take 7-15 business days to produce depending on availability of materials, workmanship and quantity of the styles.
Once the client has reviewed samples, it will be sent back to us with either an approval signature inside or revisions request. Very minor revisions may be made without the need for re-sampling. Revisions due to our error will be made and re-sampled.
The shipping cost of the samples via dhl, tnt, etc.is at client’s responsibility.
Manufacturing
After the client confirms the samples with or without minor revisions , we start production process right away. First, our q.c. representative forms manufacturing portfolios of each styles so that the specifications such as measurement chart, trims, warnings can be understood by our operators.We check the all incoming materials before entering the production process to prevent faulties. During the production we regularly go to workshop to check the quality and supervise for the correct manufacturing.
Minimum order quantity: 300 pcs per style.
Minimum Total order Quantity:*300 pcs-600 pcs.
Minimum Fabric Order Quantity: 500 yards of fabric order.
Latest delivery date: 60 days with a non-stock fabric or 45 days with a **stock fabric , after payment received.
Non-stock fabric delivery date that we get from suppliers is 30 days generally and manufacturing process up to 50000 pcs takes 60 days.
In some special cases, the delivery date can be longer according to the capacity of our factory, suppliers and washing factory so should be negotiated before placing order.
Whatever the case is, the agreed delivery date is obeyed and marked on the contract. So we keep the client away from the production difficulties, problems and excuses.
Cases:In case of preferring to use stock fabric which might differ from or alikes the first sample that we earlier made up from a non-stock fabric, there will possibly or automatically be differences in the results such as color difference and washing effects.
*Minimum total order quantity relies on minimum fabric order quantity relating to the usage per yard of a jeans trousers either men's or women's.
**Using stock fabric from the market is sometimes a best way to catch up early delivery but also difficult to reserve for a certain period of time until approval of production order.
Quality Control
We check the all supply materials such as fabric, accessories, etc., before entering the production to ensure everything is on the way.
During the production we regularly go to our workshop to check the quality and supervise for proper manufacturing.
Although we believe in our factory's quality and packing standards we do final quality inspections like an independent 3rd party in order to prevent very less possible out-standard or defected pieces to be packed.
During inspection, our Q.C. team checks the measurements and highlights the differences and other mistakes.
If the number of mistakes are many and the differences in measurements are major then the goods can’t pass to the shipment.
We follow washings and supervise the washing masters to meet our requirements and let them pay attention to the details and tone of color.
We will never let the buttons and rivets drop off which is one of the major quality problem.
We don’t let the inner or outer uncut thread, bleach or dirt spotted goods pass the quality and many other things.
Shipping
We can organize the shipping company or the client can determine which company to use. In both cases,we follow the shipment and documentation process such as bill of lading,certificate of origin,invoice,packing list and etc.
